Shipping Policies

  • SHIPPING OVERCHARGES:  Automated calculations of shipping rates will sometimes overcharge .   We will refund any over charges on shipping. Usually the shipping overages is returned within 24 hours of the item ship date. 
  • RETURNS:  Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase on unused, unopened, undamaged products. Once the returned item is received by us the refund will be given. Customer is responsible for all shipping on returned or exchanged items.
    • FLAT GLASS or STAINED GLASS RETURNS: Due to the time to cut and package glass, there is a 10% product cost fee on returned glass items for REFUND. We offer 100% product refund for STORE CREDIT. 
  • ORDER MISTAKES: If we have sent you the wrong item, we will provide a return label and corrected product. If a refund is preferred, it will be refunded once the incorrect item is returned. We will email you a return label. 
  • DAMAGED PRODUCT: If you receive an order that was damaged in transit, IMMEDIATELY TAKE PICTURES. Photograph each step of opening up a damaged box. Start photographing as soon as you realize there is damage. This helps open claims through the postal service, if needed.

Can I pick up my order in person? 
Possibly! If you are in the greater Duluth, MN area, we could possibly meet to pick up your order. Please CONTACT US to set this up. 

Do we ship internationally? 
We ship to the US and Canada.  

Do you only ship USPS? 
We can ship USPS or UPS. For UPS please request in the customer notes section at checkout or CONTACT US.
