Shipping policy
- ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are shipped in the order they were received. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Large quantities may take additional processing. The customer will be notified for any delays.
- SHIPPING OVERCHARGES: Automated calculations of shipping rates will sometimes overcharge . I will refund any over charges on shipping.

RETURNS: Please refer to our Return Policy.
- FLAT GLASS or STAINED GLASS RETURNS: Due to the time to cut and package glass, there is a 10% product cost fee on returned glass items for REFUND. We offer 100% product refund for STORE CREDIT.
- ORDER MISTAKES: Order mistakes must be reported within 10 days of the product being marked DELIVERED. If we have sent you the wrong item, we will provide a return label and corrected product. Or a refund if that is preferred.
- DAMAGED PRODUCT: If you receive an order that was damaged in transit, IMMEDIATELY TAKE PICTURES. Photograph each step of opening up a damaged box. Start photographing as soon as you realize there is damage. This helps open claims through the postal service, if needed. Damages must be reported within 7 days of the product being marked DELIVERED.
