Shipping Policies

  • SHIPPING OVERCHARGES:  Automated calculations of shipping rates will sometimes overcharge .   I will refund any over charges on shipping.
  • RETURNS:  are accepted within 30 days of purchase on unused, unopened, undamaged products. Once the returned item is received by us the refund will be given. Customer is responsible for all shipping on returned or exchanged items.
    • FLAT GLASS or STAINED GLASS RETURNS: Due to the time to cut and package glass, there is a 10% product cost fee on returned glass items for REFUND. We offer 100% product refund for STORE CREDIT. 
  • ORDER MISTAKES: If we have sent you the wrong item, we will provide a return label and corrected product. Or a refund if that is preferred.
  • DAMAGED PRODUCT: If you receive an order that was damaged in transit, IMMEDIATELY TAKE PICTURES. Photograph each step of opening up a damaged box. Start photographing as soon as you realize there is damage. This helps open claims through the postal service, if needed.
